"This company has terrible practices & I will never order with them again! I ordered 2 prints which I did not like the quality of and returned both. The company gave me a refund of the item price only. They did not refund the shipping. The shipping on each item cost more than the item itself. I ordered one print and paid w/ Paypal for it. Then I found another print on their website I wanted and ordered that one. Afterwards I realized if I had ordered both prints at same time I would have saved one S&H charge of %5.99. I tried to call the company immediately but their phone # says it is only for placing new orders & nothing else. I immed sent an email & recd a reply telling me to replace the order for both which I did. Then they emailed that the 2 orig orders in fact could not be cancelled as they had already shipped. Therefore they refunded me the charge for the 3rd order. When I did not like the quality I retd both prints in 1 tube & again had to pay some S&H to do so. When they refunded me the 4.49 per poster but did not refund the 5.99 S&H per poster I was really outraged and am still trying to get them to do the right thing via emails. Again, company has terrible communication methods. I have approx 20 emails back & forth where I tell them exactly what happened complete with order #s involved. They had a lot of trouble getting the order #s right when they emailed me too. Overall just a terrible experience!"
