"Fast production and good service on production. However, paid over $100 for 12 noon-Next Day Air and the product arrived a day late via UPS, in the late evening. I needed it on time for a reason. Obviously UPS' fault, but this vendor's responsibility to reimburse my organization the cost of extra shipping--at the very least. And they still have not reimbursed us anything on shipping, even though they collected on it. Will update review if they do, but it's been four business days and...crickets. "
