" I just finished a online conversation with a person by the name of Kasey. She did a superb job of answering all of my questions regarding alpine snowboards. She even went out to other websites and sent me links to them to better answer my questions. He was very friendly and courteous. If I was not in
North Dakota I would have come in and thanked them personally for the wonderful job. I have never been so impressed with an employee. The instant chat has saved me numerous hours on the phone, by letting me asking just quick simple questions.

"i want to give you some feeback about my experience with your
company. a friend of mine told me about your website. i was thinking about
buying my first snowboard and was unsure what to buy. i clicked on live
chat to see if i could get some answers. josh was very helpful, polite, and
knowledgeable. i purchased almost $500 with your company because of josh. i then received a phone call the next day from one of your employees becuase one of the items (the snowboard bag) was not in stock. i was asked if i wanted the order to proceed without the bag, wait to process with the bag, or cancel the entire order. know that is customer service! most stores would have processed my incomplete order and i wouldn't have found out until i received my order which in this situation would have put me in a bind as i left the next day after my shipment for my ski trip.

i read your note about your company and see you have done a great job of
communicating your vision to your employees. this is not easy. congratulatios!!!

i wish you all the success in the world!!!!!

"I shop for most of my snowboard outerwear online - I've tried a lot of different vendors for plenty of different products over the past couple of years, but it's safe to say that Porters has been the best by far. They have a great selection, free shipping on most orders, generous return policies, and some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I tend to be pretty demanding, but Porters will always have my business. "

"We were hunting for a nice lightweight ski jacket for my wife which was cool looking, feminine and packed with the latest technologies. My wife liked the Orage Flora (Hibiscus color) and I liked its features. But, we couldn't find any site that was giving us a good deal until we chanced upon www.porterstahoe.com We placed the order online on Sunday, got the shipment confirmation on Monday and received the package on Tuesday - all at a discount price, free shipping, no sales tax.

In simple words:

Buying Experience: Porters Tahoe rocks!!! A+++++

Product Experience: Orage Flora looks even better than the photos, feels very nice, very light, yet very warm. My wife will test drive this on the
Squaw Valley slopes in December.

"Found the 09 Burton Custom Wide 3D at Porters at as good a price as a few valley stores I shopped. Definitely has stuff you won't see in big shops. If you actually go into one its refreshing - people actually ask you what you're up to."

"I ordered Burton Cartels from Sierrasnowboard.com that they claimed to have, they took all my banking and personal info and then cancelled my order about a week later saying they actually didnt have them in stock. Thats when I went to Porters I used there chat box to talk to a rep and told him my story and he discounted their Cartels to match Sierras price for the bindings that Sierra didnt even have! They shipped right away and arrived a couple day later. Great service I will be coming back to Porters as a loyal customer next time and skipping the warehouse shenanigans from sites like sierrasnowboards.com"
