"I attempted to order an unlocked cell phone on August 17th. I had attempted to pay with PayPal, but the PayPal site did not allow me to make the payment. Popular Electronics sent me an order number and the accompanying email said "Payment Info: PayPal." After failed attempts to reach them by phone on August 18th and early on August 19th, I was finally able to get a hold of an operator, who told me that the item was not in stock and that the order had been canceled. Nowhere on the product listing on their website did it mention anything about the availability (or lack there of) of the product. "
