"I bought a Mini Maglite LED pro+ flashlight, holster and batteries from them on Amazon. They sent me a package that had been opened and repackaged(stapled back together) with a defective halogen bulb mini-mag, no holster and dead batteries. I contacted them and they refused to exchange/replace it. They said I can request a refund from Amazon. Now I have to buy another one, cheapest one of the same model is $10 more than what I paid to Poorfish. "
"I purchased a Humminbird locator from Poorfish in January 2019. The price was right and I thought I got a good deal. Living in Wisconsin the ice didn't go off the lakes until early May. Once I used it I discovered that it wasn't the model I thought I had purchased. I'm sure the ad said it had mega down imaging and side imagining. The unit I got has no side imagining and no mega down imaging. They no longer have an ad describing their locator. I contacted Poorfish to exchange it for the right one and was told the 30 day return period was over and there was nothing they would do even though I had only used the one I got for a couple of days. I was willing to pay more for the correct model but was told they wouldn't do that. Anyone who buys from make sure you test the product within the 30 days. I am now stuck with a $750 unit I don't want."

"Our Last "UZI Watch Lasted Over 10 Years", we Changed the Battery one time. Just Prior to Purchasing this watch, we Took the Old Watch to be Repaired, it was going to Cost Around $60.00. So, we Purchased this New Watch for $69.64.
Now, We are Wishing we would have had the Old Watch Repaired.
We Purchased this Watch 07/30/18 and Received it 08/03/18; The Watch Quit Working Yesterday 09/18/18. So, we had the Use of the watch for 45 Days.
We are just Informed that it Was Only Guarantied for 30 Days, and Cannot be Returned to the Seller. The Manufacture Guarantees it for One Year, and we have to "Contact them for a Return RMA#, and Send it With a Check or Money Order for $10.00 For Handling.
THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND A VERY GOOD REASON NOT TO PURCHASE, USEING ONLINE SERVICES.
NOW, We have to Contact the Manufacture and Hope they Will Repair or Send use another "UZI Watch".

"Ordered 3 Okumo same model , first shipment 3 rods wrong model. Returned and requested via email if they still had the correct model rods in stock. Received confirmation that they still had correct model, suppose to have shipped correct model. Second shipment received 1 complete fishing Shakespear fishing system (rod reel, and tackle box). Called customer service and received from customer services they would ship Thursday July 5th. Received this shipment Tuesday July 10 still wrong rods (two were same as original shipment and one who knows what model number this is). So as of this posting I will be contacting customer service and requesting my money back. NEVER AGAIN!!!! P>S You dont supply enough Stars to give them a negative rating!!!
