I was emailed the shipping info, with Estes Express as the shipper with a tracking number. Called Estes and was told they didn't have any info on that number. I called PS360 back and asked for them to follow-up and call me or email status. Nothing was done. This friday I called (one week after shipped) both Estes and PS360 and left messages in detail requesting help. No answer from eithe. Both websites claim available 24/7.
