Never Had A Problem

"Have used Pool And Spa for years and I never had a problem. I get all of our pool and hot tub supplies from them and they ship fast and have great and personal customer service. Would recommend! A+"

Super fast shipping; great prices and excellent support

"I ordered a LoopLoc cover because the pricing was great and the website gave me confidence that the store was professional. Also there was an A+ BBB rating, even though reseller ratings were not great. I placed the order and the next day called with a question. The representative answered all my questions with expertise, so I wonder if he was the owner. The cover arrived the next day, less than 48 hours after the order was placed. Perfect experience. IMHO too few people take the time to post a positive review when things go well and there are too many complainers. Hoping to change this one review at a time."

"This is the worst company ever. I agree with the other reviewers, this company provides absolutely zero communication but has no problem taking the buyers money without shipping anything or returning an email. If you are reading this run away and NEVER buy anything from poolandspa.com they are a complete scam."

"This online store might boasts lower prices than others, but it comes at the price of customer service and incompetent management. I placed an order online and after no emails concerning my order for a week I called. This lead to an email that confirmed they had my money and the order was being processed. Another week goes by and no emails, so I call again. This lead to an email that said the item was sold out. Of course, there was no indication of this when I ordered or when I called the first time. So after a few more days I call again. This gets them to send me another email, this time stating their warehouse should be getting the item later in the week.

A week goes by...no email (as usual)...so I call yet AGAIN. This time I'm told the item has finally shipped out and I will be emailed the UPS tracking number. That was on a Friday. No email and no tracking number. So I call again after the weekend and am told it had shipped out already and to expect it the coming Friday. They also tell me they will email me a tracking number. Big surprise; they didn't. It will be a full MONTH since I ordered before my order arrives. A MONTH of absolutely ZERO notices from poolandspa.com. In fact, they never once sent me an email UNLESS I called them first. Oh, except for the initial automated response from their computer, apparently the only intelligent thing in their entire organization. Stay away from this poorly run company.

"Ordered VGA2 - Vermiculite, that was supposed to be in stock. Was charged on credit card same day. Inground pool was at the constuction stage where I needed product within 2 weeks.

5 days later the "two more weeks" email thing started.
Weeks, and several phone calls later, it is on it's way from Florida to there warehouse in NJ(?), and will then be sent back to me in Florida. Since it is way over due, why not ship direct? 2 more weeks, and still not ready. 2 more weeks and they now say I cancelled it and they gave it to someone else, so I would need to re-order it again, and it would be two more weeks. Too funny. Enough is enough, and I really did cancel after hearing this story. They never had product, never intended on getting product, and just used stall tactics as long as possible while they used my money for other things.

Later the same day that I ordered Vermiculite, I also placed an order for Zeobest. It too was listed as in stock and available. At least with this product they sent me a backorder notice right away, saying it is on factory backorder for at least 6 months. I called "in the swim", and they laughed about factory backorder, because there was no factory backorder, then sent out the common item (that most places keep in stock) the next day.
