"My Gulfstream HE150RA 142,000btu arrived sooner than expected. Have the heatpump now about 3 months, works better than expected. I leave it on, first day took12 hrs to 86°, after that 1 to 1.5 hrs every day to 86°, costing me about $125 per month at 86° everyday. GREAT!!!"

"I bought a pool heat pump from Poolheatpumps.com and it broke down within months. The company wouldn't make any amends as they said the maker was in bankruptcy (so the warranty was invalid). The sold me a replacement control panel which they said would fix the problem, and with installation cost over $1000. It did not fix the problem and again the company refused to make any amends. I am out over $4000 that I paid this company for products than broke down within months or never worked. They have refused to stand my anything in anyway that they sold me. I will never use them again and would recommend the same to others also."

I even mentioned that another website had a special that ended up being slightly better once shipping was factored in, but that with the service and communication involved to date, I wasn't asking for a price match, but they insited and lowered the price even lower. Top level service AND bargain prices, I actually felt a little guilty, but that was in keeping with the overall attitude I got from this place.
