Email from them said the filter would be picked up then when back in warehouse we would receive our refund. Waited at home all day no time frame on when pick up scheduled. Last pick up, driver had no slip for pick up, now company that picked up item charging us for shipping cost. We paid $100 to ship to us but it costs almost 3xs to send back???? How does that make sense and we were never told in any correspondence we were responsible for return fees."

"Bought the NC 71 Smart pool pool cleaner, service seem good took about two weeks to get the product. After 6 months it stopped working. Tried several times to contact them and finally then responded and gave me a return authorization. I paid 60.00 to ship to them and after a full month contacted them and they said it was fixed. I then had to pay my return shipping another 45.00. 10 days later it arrives, I plug it in and nothing. There was no invoice in the box saying they repaired it. I called talked to Cliff and he told me he replaced the power supply and tested it. I was then passed to Joanne who never called me or answered my e mails. I then contacted Smart Pool and set it up to be sent to AZ the nearest repair station. Today they tell me the power supply is no good nor is the cord attached to the unit and the power supply is bad. There was no way that the people at pool store outlet repaired it. Stay away, buy from some people who actually have a phone number and return there calls. I am pursing this with the Florida dept. of consumer affairs, this is just a rip off."

"I purchased a robotic pool cleaner from poolstoreoutlet.com. I had to followup after the transaction as they never sent me shipping info or a receipt. After emailing them, I get my shipping infor and receipt. Funny thing though, my item arrived the same day that they said it was shipped. OK, I should have know something was screwy. The packing list enclosed was not even from poolstoreoutlet.com. It was from a third party. I contacted them as I thought something was fishy and they did not even know who poolstoreoutlet.com was. (Second red flag). So I read the instructions and tried using the cleaner. It did not work properly. After contacting poolstoreoutlet for help. They didnt respond. I contacted the original manufacturer who wanted me to send the cleaner at my cost to them for repair. ITS A BRAND NEW ITEM. After a couple of days, poolstoreoutlet finally got in touch with me via email. No live support via phone. I told them that I did not want the item it was defective and to send me another one, they pushed my off on the original manufacturer. I told them that the item was not working ant it was their responsibility as it was within the 15 day return window. They would not cooperate or work with me. So I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company nut it looks as though I am stuck with a defective item. THEY MAY HAVE GOOD PRICES BUT THEY DONT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR QUALITY. BEWARE!!!!!"
