"Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a product whiich was listed "in stock" on the web site. I telephone them because I had inadvertently misspelled my first name, but all of the other information was correct. The person said that was no problem and I asked to be certain that the product was in stock; the answer was yes (three or four left) and it would be shipped the next day. Three day later (on a Saturday), I received a credit memo via email. I called the following Monday to inquire the reason for the credit memo: out of stock was the answer. So it took two extra business days to notify me the item was out of stock and, as of May 7, I still have not been credited. I have reported this to American Express, who will investigate.
These people at PoolProducts4Less run a shell game, taking money for products they cannot fulfill and using this money for other purposes. Stay away!!!
Follow-up. Thirty-five (35) days have passed and still no credit refund for a product that was not shipped; a creditable business would have refunded the next business day. Reported this to Better Business Bureau. "
"They are a really just a round up website, as their products get sent from another online distributing company. They did not answer tele, or reply to emails or voice messages when I wanted to return the pool freeze guard that was different than the photo on their website. The actual supplier also has a good number of negative comments for making it difficult to return purchases."
"Great prices but poor customer service. I was sent a notice that my order had shipped by Priority Mail the same day, USPS Tracking said shipping info received. 10 days later I asked PoolProductd4Less if there was a problem, got an email back from "Customer Service" (no names) saying "I HAVE SHIPPED ALL OF YOUR ITEMS EXCEPT AP72. THEY ARE CURRENTLY ON BACKORDER. AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE THEM I WILL HAVE THEM SHIP OUT TO YOU." I canceled the back ordered item. The next day USPS Tracking changed to "Shipped." The package was received 2 days later. So the "in stock" item was not, and the rest of the order was held in spite of their shipping notice. Can't trust them, so be careful."
