"Shipment was shipped via FedEx for 2nd day delivery to my office, but the service type listed with FedEx was for "home" delivery. When FedEx attempted delivery after office hours, they returned to their office noting that the office was closed. They attempted to deliver on Saturday (same results -- closed office.) Monday was holiday, they were closed for "home" delivery on Tuesday -- so, perhaps Wednesday the shipment will deliver. (Then, to top things off, I got a second order confirmation showing that the shipment was given to UPS for commercial delivery but the tracking number given was not for UPS...)
Having accurate information for shipping / tracking when order is made over the telephone would be a worthy goal and would eliminate much of the frustration being felt now as we wait another day on a shipment that is badly needed."
