"Horrible customer service, extremely long wait on shipping and they offer some ridiculous excuses on why its taking up to TWO weeks for an item to just ship! How can it take almost 2 whole weeks to process an order???

I am telling everyone never to shop at this piece of crap website.

"Do not buy from them.I am giving one star because its mandatory. I received the product altogether different than what was shown in the picture with a note that "pictures are only for reference and product may vary". Very poor quality the shipment was with short quantity, all pieces were not same. I was assured by the Customer care full refund, but on return i was given refund of only the product value. Shipping was as high as $11.71 within same city as merchant, i was charged for that with the hassle of repacking and returning. For the first time had this experience in my online shopping, very frustrating."

"I ordered a product from Home and Beyond in July and in the mail today I received a 1 year subscription to a magazine I didn't order and do not want. It has already taken me over an hour to discover why I received this magazine and I still have more time to spend next week during business hours to cancel this subscription. Customer service at the magazine refuses to cancel the sub. They say I must handle it with the company which sent me the sub. And Home and Beyond arranged the sub through a third party. It's hard to determine what company is going to fix this because it's not clear which company to hold accountable. I don't know how or when this nightmare is going to end, but I will never buy from Home and Beyond again. It's not worth the headache."
