"This is the worst online experience I have ever had. I ordered a Seagate DB35 DVR hard drive which showed in stock on 11/03. Card was charged right away, but after a few days it was clear the item was not in stock and I needed it right away. Emails asking for status and then subsequently asking for the order to be cancelled were ignored, and the phone number leads you to a voicemail system with a full inbox! Finally 2 weeks later I received an email that the product had shipped, and I can't say I was surprised to find it was the WRONG item, the hard drived I received was a different model number for and designed for surveilance equiptment not DVR's. All further emails from me asking for a return/refund were ignored and the voicemail box is still full. Also, one time I called the number and pressed the button for Sales instead of customer service and a woman picked up whose voice sounded just like the voicemail system and claimed it was the wrong number - that I had called a cell phone!

I politely emailed that I wasn't going to keep what I didn't order and that if this wasn't resolved by the time I got my credit card statement I would dispute the charge. This did not get a response either. So I just got off the phone with my credit card company and will be getting the charges reversed. Never in a billion years would I ever order from this company again, and I am going to try to contact google to make sure they don't show up in any further froogle seaches. STAY AWAY from POLEWARE.COM and it's counterpart AMERICANDIRECTSALES.COM!!!

"Never can get anyone on the phone. Sent e-mail after e-mail without replies back. Took weeks to get an RMA number to return the product. Still waiting on refund. They did not return my phone calls after leaving messages on their voicemail."
