"I ordered a poker table top w/ carrying case. It was shipped in a paper thin box POORLY taped up and arrived broken in 4 places. I called pokernstuff periodically for over 7 hours. Nobody EVER picks up the phone. I sent an email to both sales & support. It took them 36 hours to email me back to tell me to take pictures and send it to them. They also tried to blame UPS. for the damage. I re-sent an email asking for a new table and a pre paid shipping label so I could return this one. That was June 24th. It is a week now & I still have not heard from these people. They will charge your credit cards and they will sell you broken crap and ship it in a paper thin box, loosely taped with no protective styrofoam but they won't speak to you directly or contact you when there is a problem. Basically you can expect them to be unproffesional, rude and, out whatever amount of money you spent there on their site. I have now called my credit card company to dispute the charge in hopes of not being out this money. There are plenty of other poker websites out there to buy from. I recommend using one of the others. I did and my experience at the new site was excellent. They respond almost immediately, answer the phone when you call or return your call if a message is left. Pokernstuff had good prices, but lousy product and service. It is true, you get what you pay for!!! I would NEVER buy from their website again. They get rated a big fat ZERO!"
