"I just spent some time reading the reviews.
Let me get this right, a company without real-time checkout inventory system
gets hammered over a WEEKEND because they offered the public an unheard of deal on some used 2.5” drives with fantastic prices including warranties.
They arrive in the following Monday for work and have the need to cancel many orders because the drives of about 400 in all had been sold out.
People want to complain that their orders had been canceled. While this was a legitimate offer to sell at a great price, now you have these people that did not get orders filled complaining? :rolleyes:
Heck my order was not filled either, yet I understand that this was a valid offer to sell and I understand it was NOT unlimited quantities.I see those that complain as sour grapes and this form of feedback as unproductive and non-motivating for this same company to come back with additional sales to the public.
Some of these people need to get a life. Let me also set the record straight, I have no affiliation with this company, I did take the time to speak to them via phone twice and found them to be very cordial.

Order was cancelled without notification. Glad I wasn't depending upon the items for use in a time-sensitive project."
"I placed an order for a hard drive that was on stock. I waited 10 days for the item to ship. I emailed the company, without them bother to reply.
I called to find out the order was cancelled. It would have been nice (1) to not sell items they don't have, or (2) let me know you cancelled the order.

"I bought a Ripflash Plus MP3 player in Dec. I have had problms with it. I had to send it back twice. The first a firmware upgrade went bad and they had to have it in order to restore it. It now has a problem with the earphone input receiver. You can only hear the sound when you wiggle the plug/jack. But although I'm not happy with the player I'm very pleased with their service. I've had to e-mail them (Jesse) 13 times to get these problems resolved. I have always received a prompt answer somtimes in only 2 hours. So it seems to me that they put service first. It is nice to do business with a company like this.
Update: After I got the player back the second time I've had no problems with it. It works great and I have to say again what prompt and curtious service I got. "
