I was quite pleased when I saw this Lilac rug in the exact sizes I needed. They are plusher and more beautiful than the photos. I am very happy with these rugs. "Was sent the incorrect rug. The label and packing slip stated that I was shipped the rug I ordered, however, when I unwrapped the rug it was the wrong design and color.
Spoke with customer representative who was extremely helpful and apologetic. They say they have now shipped the correct rug. They have sent me forms to complete so that I may return the incorrectly shipped rug. If the process is successful...all will be forgiven...mistakes happen. Stay tuned!"

From March to October???? They don't say anything like" would you like to cancel the order? Just we will keep you updated on the status... What does that mean, like it may not even arrive 7 months later.
I emailed to cancel the order & now I have to track my credit card to check if they billed & to receive credit. This is poor business practice."
