Great Bargain and Timely delivery

"Was looking around for these particular items (Sugatsune - Pr4Pk B, Female Catch) and could not find any without paying an exorbitant price. Also would have to had order internationally. Found Plumbtile website and could not beat the price. Free shipping too! Will definitely keep in my bookmarks for future orders."

Slow ship time. High restocking fees

"I ordered a sink strainer that was did not arrive in time for installation. Had to call repeatedly - no tracking information provided. When I tried to return brand new unopened box, they wanted to charge high restocking and shipping fees. Very poor customer service. "

"I ordered a $778.05 Duravit vanity with "free shipping" from Plumbtile.com in 12/11/14. On 12/18/14, I agreed to an additional $220 shipping fee (a total of $998.05) and a 10-12 week +/- production lead-time. After inquiring many times about the vanity, via phone and email, I received a message on 4/3/15 that the vanity had arrived damaged at the warehouse (almost 16 weeks later.) Plumbtile told me they would expedite a reorder of the vanity. On 7/23, almost 16 weeks later, 32 weeks from the original order, I received a badly damaged vanity at my home. After corresponding with Plumbtile about the problem, I notified the company on 8/1 by email that I wanted to cancel the order and be fully refunded the $998.05 I had been charged. I received an email on 8/4 stating that they would provide a full refund. I emailed again on 8/21 informing Plumbtile that I had not yet received a refund. That email is still unanswered. On the morning of 9/1, I called and was transferred to accounting. I left a message for the person I was told I needed to speak to. I called again on 9/2 and was told that, while my message had not been received, a check would be issued to me, which I should receive via mail by 9/7, and if I did not, I should call again. Plumbtile’s expectation that I continue to call them to pursue a refund after all the time I have already wasted trying to remedy this situation seems very unreasonable. This interaction has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. At quick glance, I count 34 email exchanges. I would estimate that I have called at least twice that many times. As we were building a new home, the delayed/missing vanity caused delays and added expense, which are too lengthy to explain here. It is now seven months later. I never received a usable vanity, I have yet to be refunded almost $1,000, and I have wasted countless hours chasing down answers as to the status of the vanity, and now the status of the refund."

"WARNING! They will not accept returns after 30 days. Period. My contractor was delayed (nothing new there) and the faucets I ordered did not work and Plumbtile will take them back - I even offered to pay for restocking. Nope - very disappointed and out of pocket a lot of money frown emoticon"

"I placed an order for items on sale and was then sent an email saying if I wanted the items they would cost significantly more because they had to be drop shipped. I used to work in online retail and in my experience when you have not updated your own inventory it falls on the retailer to eat the cost, not ask the customer to pay more. The email I received from them was not at all apologetic. I canceled my order."
