Glad to have been recommended to use Plessers

"My first order with Plesser's was a great experience. Jennifer O'Brien was very knowledgeable and helpful as a sales associate. She also hooked me up with multiple mail in rebates that I did not know existed. Their prices are unbeatable. I was recommended to use this site by a friend that had a great experience too."

Jennifer O'Brien makes everything easier and works miracles!

"I'd like to think of myself as a professional purchaser of stuff, but so far nobody has been willing to pay me to buy stuff randomly for myself, or for them, so for now I simply regard myself as an experienced hobbyist.

That all is to say that I have some experience with salesfolk. The wrong salesperson can make the thing you want the most in the world (and are ready to buy right now this very second seriously look at the wad of $100's I am irresponsibly carrying in my hands because I also irresponsibly filled my pants pockets to overflowing and my girlfriend absolutely refused to let me utilize her bra like the ladies in the movies do sometimes and now I am here alone hemorrhaging all this cash because after I asked she also decided to refuse to come along with me BUT I WANT IT NOW!) become something that instead you really don't need and maybe can do without forever if it means never having to interact with or even see them from an incredibly far distance away EVER AGAIN.

Luckily this type of experience tends to be rare, but once is all it takes for you to risk being robbed AGAIN on the way home because you thought carrying all those $100's would look cool but you now understand that your girlfriend was right when she said "No, no it won't, and stop saying $100's, those are clearly $1 bills and then badly cut green construction paper that you just wrote the dollar sign on in permanent marker and I swear to god if you ask me one more time about storing some of it in my bra you are going ALONE!"

There are also mediocre salesfolk that we all buy stuff from far more regularly but don't care about or pay attention too much to because, well, most people treat others the way they are treated. We don't leave these folks reviews, because we feel that we do not matter to them, and therefore they do not matter to us. When we next need to buy a similar thing once more, we do not return (Typically I just go wherever my girlfriend wants to go because she is better looking AND smarter than me PLUS she has a car that I'm not allowed to drive because apparently you have to have a license?! SINCE WHEN?).

Then there are people like Jennifer O'brien, who embody the best parts of the salesperson idea. I instantly felt that she truly cared about my questions, and she replied with thorough answers. It is obvious that she knows the things she sells and cares about the person buying. She asked poignant and appropriate questions up front that brought up a couple of different things I hadn't thought about, but will now not be issues later on; They'd have been big ones had she not asked me about them. She took her time and explained the services Plessers offers, as well as keeping me well informed about processes like financing and shipping so that my expectations were set properly.

There have been no unpleasant surprises, and I did not feel as if I were being 'sold' something at any point in my experience. I did feel like I had a very helpful guide along the way who led me to exactly where I wanted to go, even though my confusion about certain things I didn't quite grasp made my side of the conversation much harder on her.

The Samsung refrigerator we bought is for my girlfriends house. Plessers didn't end up taking the financing that we thought they did- which was the fault of OUR finance company officially showing Plessers as a partner when they shouldn't have been, and not in any way an issue Plessers created. In spite of the excellent service and communication Jennifer provided, I was sure this was going to be a deal killer for my girlfriend, as she was already approved for 18 months at 0 percent with the other financing company and is usually a stickler for the best terms. However due to Jennifer's sincerity, over the top service, and just embodying the idea of the quintessential salesperson along every step of the way, my girlfriend decided to apply for the Citibank 0% interest for 12 months option and buy through Plessers from Jennifer. So I guess now I have to add miracle worker to Jennifer's impressive set of skills!
