"The cost was unbeatable. I ordered a Njoy Pure Wand from them and was amazed at the price, especially because they didn't jack up the shipping costs to compensate for it. The time it took to ship was excellent, I ordered two days before Christmas eve and it arrived on the third of January. Considering there were three days of holidays in which all the post offices were closed I was happy. The one thing that upset me though (which is why I can only give them three stars) was when I received my package there were holes in it. There was a large hole on top and the side was ripped off. I know this is probably more USPS's fault than Pleasuretease but unfortunately the storage box for the Njoy wand was damaged as well so though I assume it's from the abuse of shipping, I can't say for sure. Obviously the toy itself wouldn't be damaged (1.5 lbs of steel) but I was really sad the box was damaged because I plan on storing the toy in it when it's not in use since it's such a pretty case. I am hoping I can fix it with some wood glue, but for $74.95 (Including shipping) I shouldn't have to. I also wanted to add that they did send me a tracking number to track my shipment."
