"I placed an order about 7 weeks ago. I have NOT received my ordered product or a refund for my product. I have called the shop multiple times only to be told multiple times that someone will call me back to follow-up yet I have NEVER received a call back. They say they are investigating the case with UPS but I would think at this point either my money could be refunded or another order sent. I have been very disappointed in this site (to say the least) and would never recommend this site for anyone. Unless of course you like to pay almost $100 for nothing. "
“Whats missing from the "review"??
1) The customer called on a Saturday when we were closed saying that even though the tracking number showed UPS delivered the recipient did not get it.
2) We called on the Monday in response to her call and left a message.
3) The customer finally called back 4 days later on the Thursday. We confirmed then that the delivery address was correct. Also that we needed to contact UPS to do a trace on the package. Once we had that trace information from UPS we would contact her with an update.
4) UPS did eventually contact us to say the package was delivered it would be considered as lost and we could file a claim.
5) Before we had a chance to pass back that information we got this "review".
The claim that the customer called us multiple times and NEVER received a call back is just not true. Clearly we followed up. We even called her after this review was posted offering to refund her the whole purchase. But she asked us to reship a second package. Several attempts to contact her have all gone unanswered.
Lastly per UPS, someone in that delivery area has the original package. The external label shows the delivery address AND our shipping address. Inside the package is a receipt with the same information and our phone number to call. An honest person would either take the package to their neighbor or call us to say they received a package by mistake.”
