"I tried ordering my Pioneer 5070 from a popular PC hardware site online and when I got it, it was cracked. And it took a bit of work to get them to figured out how to handle a refund on a "refused" item on delievery from the shipping company they used.
Anyway after reading up on Invision I decided to give them a shot. They offered very personal service online and via the phone. They also were able to offer a extended warrenty for a total price it cost me from the PC place without a warrenty! These guys specialize in handling big TVs and work closly with shipping companies so they are prepared to quickly fix any problems if they come up. So far I am VERY happy with their service."

"Buying plasma tv's online can be very dangerous, many advertise ridiculously low prices and then try to sell you something else. These guys come very highly recommended from AVS Forums, and that was the only reason I gave them a chance. I’m glad I did, the price was more than fair and the extended warranty was very affordable. I got my Pioneer 5070HD yesterday and it looks amazing. I didn’t ask a lot of questions because I had done tons of research but feel free to ask Roman or anyone else as many questions as you want. The salesman, Roman, was polite and was in contact with me (on telephone and email)every day. He upgraded the delivery so that I could have the plasma for the upcoming NCAA basketball tourney. I experienced a minor issue with setting up my receiver which I also purchased from Invision. I contacted Roman and advised him I had already reached out to Pioneer tech support. Roman himself, did not have the answer but he pointed me in the right direction. The owner of the company called me that night while he was on the way to the hospital to meet his wife that was in labor! I mean who does this? And keep in mind this was after the sale had been made,We figured the problem out and I haven't had an issue since.
