"I ordered a Pioneer Kuro Plasma #5010 on June 6,2008 from Aric at Plasma Concepts. Delivery was supposed to take 3-5 days. The set came in 2 days!! The box and TV were in perfect condition on arrival. The owner & dispatcher for the local courier delivery service here in RI for Plasma Concepts were great to deal with.

I am thrilled with this set and the way I was treated by everyone. Perfect... What a country!!

I would like to see the choice of the white glove service in the web ordering process, so a phone call would not be necessary. "I shopped around for a Pioneer PDP-6010FD Plasma online and actually submitted an order though another company. The price listed was unbeatable but for good reason. After days of attempting to get information I was told that the plasma was actually not in stock as advervised but would be "soon", though they couldn't tell me how soon. I cancelled that order.

Not wanting to get the runaround again, I did some company rating research and found Plasma Concepts. I called the company prior to ordering online and felt confident that the information given was honest and acurate. I immediatly placed my online order for the Pioneer Kuro 60" plasma I had been searching for.

The price was very competivite and the communication was great. I received the Pioneer in Washington State nine calendar days after I submitted my order. It could have been delivered a couple days sooner but I had to set up a delivery appointment based on my schedule. The box arrived in perfect shape via Pilot Freight.

Overall I couldn't ask for a better transaction. I would use this company again and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to my friends and family. "
