I had a problem logging into my newly created user account. This is on Saturday evening 11pm pst. I e-mailed them and the problem was fixed before I was up Sunday morning with an e-mail apologizing for the inconvenience.

Items were shipped Monday morning and an e-mail was sent with the tracking number.
