"This was my most recent purchase from Pixel. SWopschall, who has a review/rating on this site, recommended them to me in 2001. At that time I bought most of the parts for the first-time building of a computer. Their service, especially the help of Ms. Winnie Thai, was exceptional and beyond reproach. Products were shipped and received as promised. There was problem and it was taken care of immediately with no hassles. All went well.
Since then I have purchased many things from Pixel, and the last one on 12/17 was to upgrade the original build of the 2001 computer. Once again the products where shipped as promised, recieved on time,packed well, and in good working order (no problems this time). Evey time I have shopped with these people,and especially Ms Thai, it has been a pleasant experience.
I must add that on a number of occasions I have consided purchasing minor accessories or some major upgrades from them; I have talked to Winnie and she has been straightforward enough to tell me that the purchase PLUS shipping would not be worth my time or that the upgrade I am considering is not as good as another product that cost a little less :)
