"I have a hard time keeping the temperature above 225 degrees. I've tried adjusting the lower vent a little wider but that doesn't seem to help. I crack the lid and it goes up, but I have to spend the whole cook time cracking and closing the lid. It's frustrating.
I love the way the food tastes when it's done. I just wish I didn't have to babysit it for 2-3 hours. "
