After many days he got back with me, stating to send him my defaulted knife and he will fix it or send me a new one.
Well I paid another $8 to ship it to him and I called him and texted him multiple times to confirm he got it.
After he said he received the shipment, I texted he and I emailed him, but he never got back with me.
So he has my $320 money and my knife, and 72 hours has pass and I can not get hold of the guy!
I have emailed, text, but no one returns my call or text!
After reading all the poor review this guy has, I believe he is scammer.
Do not make the same mistake as I have you. Do not buy from him or you will regret it"
"My order contained nine items. PVK's shipment was missing three items from my order and included one that I didn't order. I contacted them by e-mail and they sent another shipment. The second shipment contained four wrong items but none of the missing items from my order. Through several e-mail exchanges, I specified exactly what I had ordered, what I had received, and what was missing, and stated that I just wanted to exchange the items that had been shipped to me in error for the ones that were still missing. Even though the PVK web site states that the items they sell are "always in stock" and the item pages for the three items missing from my order showed that all were in stock, the last e-mail from Josh Burbank, PVK's General Manager, claimed "we have no XXXXX in stock". Either he was lying or the "always in stock" claim on the website is a lie. Either way, I won't do business with these deceptive SOBs again.
