"I ordered a purple bag on May 22, 2019. It came on June 3. I opened the package and I got a color maroon. The bag was also small. I t don't fit my tablet at all. Why the inside is coming out? It is not a good quality bag. I want to return this bag, please help

"Bag busted after only a couple days of using. They did replace but it took forever. When they did replace it, I did not receive the color I had originally ordered. Again, the bag broke after only a couple of uses but there was nothing they could do! Would not recommend this company at all!!! "

I got no response for 2 months, Pierrebuy said as it had been over 30 days I could not have a refund or a replacement. I have sent evidence that the bag broke and I emailed them within 14 days and that it took them 2 months to respond. I am now being ignored. In fact, they have blocked me from leaving bad reviews or messaging them on Facebook. I emailed them yet again today with my evidence. They say since I've had the bag for 3 months all they can offer me is a 20% coupon. I have no intention of ever buying from them again so a coupon is of no use to me.
These people are thrives and con artists. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I've never had the lining tear on a purse. I was hoping for better cutomer service. Otherwise the purse is fine, but I had to sew the tear before the hole got larger. I thought it should have held together longer than two months-perhaps a year. "
