WE CALLED AND THE CUST. SERV. REP. STATED THAT WE HAVE A TIME LIMIT BEFORE THE PROOF IS AUTOMATICALLY APPROVED. THE SITE DID NOT EXPLAIN THIS. CONCERNING THE BACK GROUND NOT BEING REMOVED THE CUST. SERV. REP. STATED THAT IN THE BOX WHERE IT ASKS FOR ANY ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS, SINCE WE ENTERED INFO THERE AND IT WAS NOT MENTIONED THEY DID NOT REMOVE IT. NOTE THAT THE BOX WAS FOR "ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS" SO YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY WOULD REMOVE THE BACK GROUND AS THEY STATED THEY WOULD. THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY DISAPPOINTING. ALSO THIS WAS A GIFT FOR A SENSITIVE OCCASION AND IT WAS IMPORTANT TO TO GET THIS RIGHT. THE CUST. SERV. REP. SAID IF I HAD A QUESTION I COULD HAVE CALLED THEY WHERE OPEN TILL 12 MIDNIGHT EST. MY REPLY WAS THAT IT SEEMED BY THE SITE THAT I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING, HOW WOULD I KNOW TO ASK A QUESTION THAT WASN'T IDENTIFIED TILL THE ISSUES OCCURED AFTER THE PRODUCT WAS COMPLETED AND SHIPPED. THEY ALSO SAID IF WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT ONCE RECEIVED WE COULD RETURN IT. I REPLIED THIS WAS A GIFT FOR A SENSITIVE OCCASION, THEY ARE NOT GOING TO VOICE THEIR "UNHAPPINESS" WITH THEIR SURPRISE GIFT. WE SPENT OVER 250.00. WILL THEY CHANGE THEIR SITE SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER? NO IDEA, WILL THIS REVIEW HELP INFORM A POTENTIAL CUSTOMER SO THEY DON'T DEAL WITH THE SAME ISSUES. THAT WOULD MAKE THIS REVIEW WORTH WRITING. "
