I placed the order on a Friday around 11:00 AM MDT and expected it to ship that day based on the site claim of same-day shipping on in-stock orders placed by 4:00 PM MDT. They didn't ship the order until the following Monday (Aug 21). I received the order today (Aug 24), true to the UPS 3-day shipping.
Thus far, my only complaint is the delay in shipping. The camera kit and the SD card I ordered appear to be unopened and in good condition. I would definitely consider pictureline.com for future purchases."

I especially liked that photos of all Pictureline sales consultants are displayed the web site, which I used for information before ordering by phone. Pictureline maintained its original low selling price on a hard to find item, the Nikon EN-EL3e battery, while many others were jacking up their prices. I appreciated that.
