"I ordered the flower bouquet from the company which had lilies, hydrangeas, kalas and roses. Not to mention that they delivered the flowers late in the evening instead of daytime, the bouquet that the birthday person got had only 5! Buds of lilies! Tried to contact the customer service for a couple of days because according to their site "you can exchange the flowers if you are not satisfied" they had the gut to tell that the flowers they delirvered are the flowers I paid for! Stay away from that company and save your time and money! The worst customer service I have to deal with! "
"I am really angry! I asked for flowers in Munchen from this site ror 23 of april for my mum. Attention! As from dhl site the flowers were delivered 24 of april and recepient refused from them! I am a real customer who purchased $30.75 from their website to be delivered to Taiwan for my mom birthday. Guess what, they eat up my money and never delivered the followers. I have to call my credit card company and cancel this bogus transaction. I have to mention that their customer services is HORRIBLE as well!!! I called them twice to check on status of my order and they answered, "We'll have to check with our international partner", and just left the conversation like that.
SCAM WEBSITE, do not THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. Try something else. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

"The company is a SCAM. I have submitted FBI Internet Crime Complaint Centre (IC3). I recommend other victimized customers to do likewise. It takes 2 minutes to submit it online: https://complaint.ic3.gov. The more complaints we submit the sooner this company shuts down.
They have never delivered their product neither have refunded my credit card. When I call them they pick up the phone and leave it open. No human voice or answering machine in place. "
