Trying to SABOTAGE vendors!

"Alison J. Prince started and owns Pick Your Plum. She also sells a course that is simply an attempt to get more Vendors selling on Pick Your Plum website.

I signed up for her course online called 0-100k. With the purchase of this online course we were promised online access to the classes to watch at our own pace and access to a private Facebook page Group, to learn and share information with others in the group. Then you also get access to her Facebook Live Sessions to ask questions that have risen during the scope of your class and in the start of your selling process.

There were many things odd about the course, but Alison J. Prince only tells you half of what you need to know to sell online via Deal Sites. The other half she NEVER shares with you. That is the important stuff. The problem is when I started pointing out the truth on the Group page, she started banning me and trying to keep me from telling the truth. Alison Prince first had me banned as a seller/vendor on Pick Your Plum, which she owns. There was excuse after excuse as to why my login would not work. After 5 weeks, I was sick of the excuses and posted the situation with screenshots on her Group Facebook page. Turns out she deliberately banned me. The staff at Pick Your Plum kept telling me they never seen my requests for help, but they were answered and quickly deleted. Then I was told it was an IT issue and was out of their control.

Then next was banning me from her Facebook Live sessions. After being in the course for several weeks, I suddenly was "Unauthorized" from watching her Facebook Live sessions. Alison said she had "no idea" why this was happening since she solely operated the page. Then as I start to point out more truths, or information Alison left out of the course, she gets angry and starts emailing me in the middle of the night. She kicks me out of the class and refunds my purchase price so she is justified in revoking my access to the course. Guessing she did not want legal issues. It is then followed by several other rude emails...which are all written in the middle of the night. Others in the group are messaging me to find out what happened to me. So, I check and sure enough I was blocked from everything and found her emails. Well, Alison got rid of me anyway she could to prevent me from telling other group members the truth.

Alison J. Prince then quietly removed other individuals from the group to avoid any potential negative things being said about her or her company. I highly suggest you do not sell as a vendor here because they love to play childish games. You try to tell people what they really need to know and then the owner of this company tries to prevent people from finding out the truth. If they play these games with Vendors, who make Pick Your Plum money, then can you imagine what they tell their customers to get out of a sticky situation or a situation they do not want to deal with?

BUYER BEWARE!

"Avoid this company at all costs! PYP should have stuck to their original format - a craft supply deal store. Instead, they've chosen to compete with the likes of Groopdealz and such, however, Groopdealz has AWESOME customer service...unlike PYP. While respectful in their interactions, it is clear they do not value their customers but rather their contracted vendors more. I bought a personalized t-shirt from a vendor that took them OVER 1 MONTH to deliver and when it arrived last weekend (Memorial Day weekend), it was shoddy work!! I would never wear this shirt in public as you can see the iron-on transfer and it left a silvery burn mark all the way around the transfer itself. It's trash. I emailed PYP the next morning after receiving it, May 26, and it took them 5 days to respond...asking for pictures. So, I sent pictures but am now being told that due to the order "being so old", they can only issue me a store credit. Ridiculous! It's not my fault that the vendor took WAY TOO LONG to deliver on a product that looked rushed and crappy. So, now I have store credit at a place I will NO LONGER do business with. They care far more about their vendor contacts than their customers. Too bad they didn't take a cue from Groopdealz when trying to copy them. "

Stay away or wait and be saddled

"They do not have costumer service department that answers a phone call at all and it takes 3 days for emails to be responded to.
Beware that in small area in the FAQ area it advises that they do NOT take returns.
Also apparently the item I ordered also had a disclosure somewhere that it would not ship until sale was over plus 10 business days.
By the time I receive the item I ordered it will be one month since I ordered it. The discount was not worth it, as I had to buy another gift. I'm now going to hope that I can sell the original gift for what I paid for since they will not accept returns for being dissatisfied.
There are many other sites that you can go to. Stay away from this one.

"I got my grab bag and boy was I disappointed! Not anything like the reveals on YouTube! No clothing, many cheap looking state necklaces which look like they came out of a 25 cent gum all machine! And, every single thing is made in China!!! :("
