"Wont return a pair of shoes bought during their Black Friday Sale for a christmas present. I mean, isnt black friday historically for Christmas shopping? Which means you wont know if it fits the person you;re giving it to, until Christmas? They have a 14 day return policy and dont bend that like most stores do for holiday shopping. "
"I recently ordered a pair of shoes from them. That part was fine.
Within an hour of getting them, I email and asked for an exchange, as the shoes were too big.
Their answer was "We don't do exchanges"... WTF? There's no mention of that anywhere on their website..
Plus I would have to pay for the return and restock. No kidding?
This was first and last time I ordered something from them.
As a side note, I'm not even sure if the shoes are legit, as it seems to be artificial leather instead of real leather.

"Quality of the shoes was very bad. One shoe looked good, the other, not so good. Scratches and scuffs were visible while still in the box. Once out of the box the quality got worse. Stitching was off, looked like a demo shoe. I think they are buying and reselling shoes that don't meet factory quality. Waiting on a response for my refund. I Will NEVER shop here again."
"Read the return policy before you make a purchase. They provide free shipping to you but not with returns. I ordered a pair of shoes and they were too small. I now have to pay to mail the shoes back through the post office ($12) in addition to paying a fee to PYS for the process ($8). I have returned shoes in the past with Amazon and they not only provided a free return option but they did not require an additional charge"
"This site must be a scam i bought a pair of air Jordans retro 2 in 2 pair of reebok but they where too small so i returned them for a refund didnt get it. Far as the Jordans go they where damaged the stitching on them was torn on the tongue. Customer service told me too send them back in they'll give me another pair. So they kept my money didn't give me another pair.In lie in said they didnt get the box when ups clearly send it too them. So i say dont by no jordans from them but i know hypebeast still are. " I was looking for somewhat of an uncommon hat, in a size that was out of stock most places.
I found it on PYS, but was skeptical of ordering, seeing as they haven't a lot of history on this site.
Their site passes the standard smell tests. Works well, looks clean.
So I took the plunge, less than $40 so if it didn't work out it wasn't crippling.
Response was quick, confirmations in email. Didn't get a shipping number right away, took 2 days and I got another email with details on tracking. Tracking site was strange, third party postal tracking, but it all worked out.
Item arrived today on 03/30/2012, 4 days after ordering. Also, shipping was free First-class mail.
Oh, and it was exactly what I ordered no complaints.
I would definitely transact with this business again.
