The only minor complaint is that stain of the wood in the picture was a bit darker, more of cherry wood stain whereas the one I received had a ligher stain. Overall, very satisfied. "i scaned the favour on-line store market and this website is one of cheapest ones i found that was very reliable and had pretty much excellent reviews.
my order took 10 days from placing order till arriving to my mail box (weekends included), the only thing that made me not give this website 10/10 rate was that my favours arrived slightly moved inside its packaging that will give me the trouble to open its packaging and set the product properly and close it back again (150 favours) but i believe that the packaging design of my product is to blame and not the website (i ordered kate aspen's feathering the nest salt and pepper shaker).
other than that the product came just as i expected (accurate description was provided in the website) and it was packaged very safely since it was fragile.

Thier 4-7 day shipping policy is more like 2-3 weeks.

They say 4-7 days shipping on the wesbite, but that is not the case. It took almost 3 weeks before they even shipped my one item and that was after I contacted them multiple times to find out what was going on. All I got was excuses as to why I didn't have my item on time. They did give me back my shipping costs, but that doesn't make up for receiving the item more than 2 weeks late and not having a present on time."
