"Process was quick and easy. Cards are as expected. However, cards were delivered in an extremely battered box. No damage to cards but some envelopes were crumbled. Had to get cards out so didn't complain but the way in which they were packed was completely pathetic. There was too much space in the box (even though there were some air pillows) which allowed for the box to get easily crushed."

"The quality of the cards was excellent. I was really happy with that part. Also the shipping was pretty fast. I did have a small issue though. The greeting on the photo card got messed up, it wasn't the font I had chosen and it also was off center and one of the names was almost off the card. I contacted customer service and they were very accomadating and offered to reprint and ship the cards to fix the font & writing.
The only thing I was disappointed in was that I was sent an email saying they would arrange for pick up of the original cards. I didn't understand why they went through the trouble to do that when they were going to just throw those cards away. I thought I could have kept them and just used the picture off the card. Also in the email I was told that I would be contacted and told a date & time that the person would come to pick up the old cards. I was never given that information and then one night in the middle of preparing dinner a FedEx man showed up at my door requesting the cards. I had to scramble around to get them put in a box so he could take them. I have not received the corrected cards as of yet, I am told they should be shipped by today 12/07/11, I hope that they come out right. "
