poor customer service

"this application was alright from the outset, at that point there were numerous glitches and I inevitably lost association... I needed to make broad research to get an approach to screen my better half as a result of her ongoing odd mentality.. I got a great deal of proposals about these expert programmers from the darkweb, at that point chose to attempt them... Shockingly, they had the option to get me complete access to her phone(Iphone) photographs, recordings, content, calls e.t.c. My gadget basically turned into a reflection of hers. I unequivocally prescribe them for any type of *** ****@**** or on Whatsapp +1-***-***-****. Utilized them twice effectively, truly dependable and proficient!!!"

"I had purchased coverage in august 2011 and finally placed my 1st claim with the company and i was told it would be 5-7 days before i would get a new phone well it took almost 4 weeks and speaking with the rep was good but i didn't get the phone as fast as i wanted and availability was a issue, so i was told to go and purchase a phone and submit the purchase receipt for my new one that took time also as i had to get approval and form signed and yada yada yada.. but over all i did get everything squared away. fyi just get all your info to them and ask all questions on how long thing will take. i am now aware that phoneguardglobal is a reseller of the coverage, there very help full just the company that provides the coverage is slow i understand that there busy and deal with other customer's nationwide. "

"Filed a claim and it took forever to receive reimbursement. Finally got the check and it bounced! Emailed them and the email bounced back because the mailbox is full. Left several messages. I have to believe they are writing their own positive reviews. Getting the local news station involved for a consumer report segment as many families in our area purchased insurance from them. Also contacted Apple to give them an earful for allowing this APP as they are taking Apple customers for a ride. Do not purchase insurance from Phone Guard Global! "

"Hi is the worst service ever..and Company say that everything not in their control.
Its been a month I claimed my phone and I haven't received one and they say that phone has been shipped and I asked them for tracking info, they said that we don't have a tracking info.Next week they said phone returned because of incorrect address.Then then said said that they are going to ship and they haven't.
They say shipping is not in our control...Still the claim in the process.I have been chating with them evry day but no exact answer...

"Here is an edited version of my initial review. I filed a claim late Oct 2011 and FINALLY recieved a check on February 1,2012.. Unacceptable for a process which should have taken two to three weeks according to Anthony Diaferia, the owner. Although Anthony was very nice when communicating the reality is this process took entirely too long and after 3 months of what seemed of being given "the runaround" I assumed it was a scam. Finally after months of almost daily calls and emails the claim was eventually processed and payment was issued. Although I have months left on my policy, I will not be renewing."

"I filled a claim on october 25, 2011 and it's already 12/24/2011 and I have not gotten a refund or anything else. Robert has been feeding me with tomorrows and now they don't even answer to their phones.
It is a scam. Do not buy this app.
