"I opened a new account with $2.00 to try out . I tried to call india and got no reply. So i hung up and call was not completed. My account was charged 10.5 cents for a cal lthat was not completed. So i contacted PhoneIndia.com via the help web page and they credited my account. However, i did ask them how the billing is done and do i have to track my billing charges. I hate to keep polcing my account. They have not replied desipte my insistance of how the billing is done (are we billed for incomplete calls? and even if so why 10.5 cents for 22sec and not 1.6 cents (as advertised).BTW, i used a local access number. Awaiting some clarificaiton before i make long term commitment. see Case number 5728305,"
