"Fine service on Phenix's part. I ordered a Ford Explorer OEM wheel, which is actually provided by Keystone Huntington. The front (visible) side was nicely done but the backside was deeply pitted from coarse-grit sandblasting to remove embedded brake dust. I decided to return the wheel and, lacking specific direction from the Phenix website, just shipped the wheel back to Keystone (in the original box!) and careful documentation. No action after a couple weeks, so emailed Phenix and the proper refund showed up in my account a few days later. I put down four stars for "order again from Phenix" on the basis they did their end of the bargain fine. I dropped a star just because I would have liked some email acknowledgement through the process."
