"Pharmacy First offer a good service and a effective alternative to going to a chemist. My order was received within a few days and this I felt was good service. One packet was squashed inside but it did no affect the product.

They do ask a lot of questions when you buy some products and this feels like an intrusion of privacy at times, however, I understand that they are required to do so.

I feel that the post and packing is a little on the expensive side - there is no way that it costs £3.50 to post a little packet of something and so obviously this is where the company make up their money from selling products at a discounted price. However, it's no different to most other on-line retailers.

Overall a good service and my gripes are not wholly with the retailer, more perhaps with the economy (p&p cost)and nanny state (too many questions)we live in, although it would be nice if someone were brave enough to break the mould."
