"I google searched the bird seed I usually feed my pet finches and found it here at Pets Warehouse. It was difficult to find and the seed was actually backordered for two months and I never got it."

"I was having a difficult time finding the flavor of food my cat likes but saw it advertised as available on the Pets Warehouse site so I ordered it from them. The order indicated there was free shipping on orders over $49 and my order was for $75 dollars but $12 shipping was being charged anyway via USPS which is not very reliable these days either. But I wanted the food so I placed an order. The next day, Saturday, I received an email saying that the food was backordered. I normally use an easily recognized pet supply site for my orders and they list the current status of foods for availability so status updates like this don't occur and waste a customer's time. So I just now called the Pet Warehouse number at 1:00pm Saturday and got a message that they are only open during normal business hours Monday thru Friday. My usual supplier is available for customer service 24/7. So I'll consider this a one-time experience, ordering from Pet Warehouse.

I recommend looking elsewhere. Not much positive to say about this transaction."

"I find it extremely strange that you have out of the blue you send me a survey but never sent the cat food I ordered. I will advise you didn’t charge me, so that is good however why the review request? Two stars because at least you advised me that you were canceling the order. "

"I placed an order for ExoTerra Twist latches for the screen top, and added a piece of lightweight vine-type wood to it to get to the minimum order amount. At the time I placed my order, everything was listed as “In Stock”, but after the order was placed it was listed as “Backordered”. A month later, my order was canceled without explanation or further contact. I ordered the parts I needed elsewhere. "

"The website said that the cat food I wanted was in stock, but after placing the order I was notified that it was backordered. I waited a month and it never came back in stock, so I cancelled the order and bought the cat food from someone else. They were totally nice about the cancellation."

" Why do you list items on your website as being available and then we the customer house do you complete all the bullsh_t information and pay with a credit card and then find out a day later that it is out of stock. Whoever runs that department needs to be retrained or demoted. Will not you pet warehouse ever again "

"Looking for hard to find products and they allowed me to order asked for all of my personal info including credit card only to find out that they are out of stock on every last item. Now they have my credit card number because they pretended to have items in stock and it was a big waste of my time because I still do not have the products I was searching for and now a company that was 30% overpriced has my credit card info for no reason at all. not happy. Somebody should also inform this company that price gouging is illegal especially in times of a pandemic."

Asked me if I still wanted my order to be fulfilled and I responded I did. Haven't had follow-up since - minus 2 stars. Can't comment on delivery or whether items met my expectations yet."
