"To Pet Smart on Hulen Street, Fort Worth, Texas, as I always do. Went to check out and a man in line had the most awful big Python snake wrapped around him crawling all over him it was huge
licking out old tongue, now I know that was probably his pet, but I have to keep my dog on a leash
so why should he not have to have that thing in a cage, he had a small child with him. I went to another lane for check out this was so offensive and traumatic to me. Pet Smart there are other places to buy my pet supplies and I am utilizing them at this time. You need to do something about this.

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO MISHAWAKA STORE TO BE GROOMED.
These people are POORLY trained and rough with your animals.
They held down my friend's bulldog to the point where he choked on his own vomit and what did they do? Googled what to do instead of being smart/trained enough to know to do CPR.
When the dog got to the emergency vet he had already passed.
They apologized once and then moved on with their lives to collect their paychecks.
This place is HORRIBLE to animals.

"very unhappy at my petsmart. !st arrive and see a pitbull with a 3 year old holding leash not good. Went to next aisle to avoid issue pit started toward me dragging child I yelled no no no dad please help. Her dad grabbed leash no store employee thought to help.

Store person asked if I needed anythiing said yes looking for dog breakaway collar. She said do not carry in store order from website here free shipping. She assisted me filing out order on her computer after getting all entered and trying to apply credit card info screen blanked out. Started over again got it entered but she has no idea how to print receipt or anything. Wrote on a piece of paper a phone number in case it does not arrive Really? NO indication that I used a credit card what the item was and when it might arrive> She asked two more people at the store they said no idea how to do the print. Terrible customer service or lack of training staff.

"Most disgusting service ever on my 6 yr old black pom, skin showing and always specify NO SKIN SHOWING!!! My 11 yr pom 6lbs snipped and they have refused me service in the future! The audasity of petsmart believe me never will i ever return!!!!"

"I called about guinea pigs and asked how many females there were, the lady was sharp and said she would be right back with the answer. A couple minutes later she didn't come back but another man answered also saying he would be right back. AGAIN another different man picked up and FINALLY answered my question. Then i asked him the breed and he said "Um, breed? I think they are mixed breeds." Obviously not knowing what he was talking about. And what really makes me mad was when they pick up and say there motto in this monotone voice! UGGGGG! "

"I love going to this store because I can take my puppy. She loves to go and meet other dogs (She's very social}. I feel that their price is on the high end, but they have a better selection than going to walmart (can't get Blue Buffalo dog food there!). "

"I ordered to cat trees and one arrived with a broken base. I called customer service and the phone was promptly answered. The cat trees that I had ordered were no longer in stock and were going to refund my cc with the return of the item. Since the trees are made out of compressed wood. They offered me a 30% discount of my order to fix the base myself. This was a win-win for both of us. They didn't have pay return shipping and eat the price of the tree and I fixed it with a quick trip to my wood shop. Excellent customer service, polite and courteous. Will not hesitate to use them again. "

"Pets Mart - Had a wonderful shopping experience recently and wanted to express my gratitude. I didn't know much about tropical fish, but after being helped by an employee named Brandi (don't know her last name)I left with a great tank setup and a few fish. If it wasn't for her, I would have purchased an aggressive fish and a docile fish with disastrous results. Much appreciated. "

"December 4th: I placed an order for a cat tower, part-paying with a gift card and using a credit card for the balance, and received a confirmation email, then no further follow-up. Called customer service after a week and was told the order was in progress. Called again after 11 days and was told it was going out soon.

December 18th: I received an email cancelling the order as product not available, even though the item was still shown as available on the petsmart.com website. Customer service reps were polite on the phone, but obviously had no access to useful information. I am very dissatisfied with the lack of follow-up after I placed the order; if I hadn't called three times I would have had no information at all on the status.

December 28th: I expected the gift card balance to be restored immediately on cancellation of the order, but ten days later, and after four phone calls, on each of which the credit was promised in 3-5 days, I was told today that it would take another 8 days to get the credit. Talking to a supervisor to request immediate attention was a complete waste of time.

December 29th: Mailed a letter to the company president, asking him to look into my complaints.

January 7th: Twenty days after Petsmart cancelled my order, the balance still has not been restored to the gift card. On my fifth phone call after Petsmart cancelled the order, a customer service rep today told me that "the entire gift card computer system had crashed" and it would take yet another five days to put the balance back on the card.

January 9th: Emailed storehelp and cs @petsmart.com requesting resolution.

January 14th: Gift card balance still zero. No response to my letter or emails. It is now four weeks since Petsmart cancelled my order.

January 16th: Emailed Corporate Communications and offered to share this story on every seller rating website I could find.

January 17th: Received a call on my answering maching from Carol at Petsmart (caller ID Unknown Name, Unknown Number) to advise that my gift card had been credited, and inviting me to enjoy my future shopping with Petsmart. The caller apologized for the delay, but made no mention of my previous letters or emails. There was no offer to compensate me in any way for the inconvenience and for the time I spent on many phone calls and emails trying to get Petsmart to resolve this.

"I placed an order for litter pan liners and two scratching posts. The liners shipped out the next day and arrived within a few days. The scratching posts took an additional 6 business days to ship, but it is noted on the site that this item is constructed after ordering and takes an additional 5-7 days to ship.

The posts arrived in good condition, although there was no packing slip in either box (they shipped in separate boxes) and no packing material around the item.

Using free shipping and a coupon code, the price couldn't be better. I am very satisfied with my order.
