"The order process is pretty simple except that the online form barked about me selecting a shipping option, yet one wasn't provided on the checkout screen. I had to reload the page for that to appear. Also, the product description was a bit confusing. The glass aquarium canopy I ordered for a 55g comes in two pieces according to the description in one table on the site but another table listed the glass as 48" x 13". I called customer service to inquire. The 48" x 13" description is for the tank size, yet the table header says glass canopy and the column header just said "Description". Somewhere it should say "Aquarium size description" or something similar to distinguish one description from the other. Other than those two fumbles, the process was pretty simple. "
