"Lift & Go Lead Lg. ordered based on suggested measurements, front fit great but rear too large. Customer service said have tailored or order a Medium for rear section. Unacceptable and unfair response. Deflecting their product defect is not taking customer-centric view. No invoice was in shipment or packing list."

"I bought a set of shears from them for grooming, they came in and the first day I was using them my thinning shear had nicks in them and wouldnt close.
I called them asked for a refund, the customer service lady told me to send them back and they would mark them defective and refund my money to order a new set.
I do so wait for 2 weeks for the new ones to arrive, excited to open the box they sent me the same set I returned and had the nerve to wrap it in brand new plastic put them in the new case and they still had nicks in them and dog hair!

Great products - wonderful customer service!

"Placed a fairly large order over the phone and the rep was so helpful, even saved me some money suggesting some alternatives to what I was ordering. All the grooming equipment is top-notch and I like that I can get everything from one place!"

Once was a great company, but now the worst!

"So I had been dealing with Pet Edge for 13 yrs, and in the last 2yrs. I've seen them go down hill. Now your lucky if they get half our order right, and delivered in a decent time frame.
WELL! I order my last thing from them! I had ordered a pair of clippers on 3/22, and got them on 3/30. They were a European outlet :( I called them, and they said, because I ordered online. I have to pay for shipping, they won't credit me till they receive! Than I have to call back, and reorder!
With their passed history than could take 2 to 3 month!
So because I ordered what I want online, and they shipped it wrong. I should be put out!?!
I told the lady on the phone, when I get my credit, I'll just order from any other company.
She said, OK! Have a nice day! How can a groomer that works with clippers, and doesn't have them, have a nice day!?!
THEY JUST DON'T CARE ANYMORE!

"I placed an order on 7/19, it was supposed to be shipped on 8/06, but it wasn't. They changed the date to 8/09, again it wasn't shipped. They changed the day one more time to 8/31. I sent an email asking what was going on. They said it's because of their provider and that I can cancel the order. Since 9/01, they have been changing the supposed shipment date, day by day. Almost two month after placing the order, I still haven't received anything."

"Worst place to order from there is always a problem. Can't ever get your order without calling 5 or 6 times , seen to always over charge my checking account ,then must call them about that. they always lose my orders of cow hooves , Say they'll call me back never do. so this time ask for supervisor got someone name Will that I think was a female what horrible customer service she couldn't have cared less. And was rude to beat .I ordered on may 15 ,2015. They took money out of account on 6/9/15 its now 7/5/15 And I've only got one box. This is the only reason I look else where when buying most things , I hate that I spend so much time on the phone to them I'm trying to run a business."

"I've been a long-time customer and have stuck with them because of good prices and helpful customer service people. Being in the middle of the country (Wisconsin), the shipping time is good too. It bothers me to see the negative comments when my experiences are always good ones. Go to a competitor and I'll bet you come back to PetEdge."

" They say they guarantee everything. If you get something you are not satisfied with YOU have to pay for it to be sent back. That is not right. I purchased shears that would not cut anything and they wanted me to pay to send them back. I just decided to pay to have them sharpened. "

"This store has the most cynic people, selling to all of us who believe in what they are offering. Meanwhile all their garbage poor quality stuff is going to our hands.

I just bought their wee wee pads and it is the worst thing ever, these are the left over from China full of imperfections and extremely thin, the pee goes right through the floor.
I contacted them to return so they should send me a “label return” they said that I have to pay it and it is all my responsibility since I bought them.
The customer service and manager very nasty and sarcastic.

"PetEdge.com used to be totally awesome, but they have fallen so far away from anything decent, I am driven to write this review! Many items are on long backorders but show up in stock when you order, the pricing is misleading (it is higher once you click thru to the item), their wholesale prices have gone up to pretty much retail and the shipping costs are Totally Insane! You will wait at least 15 minutes on hold to straighten your order out, if not more and there is zero customer service communication once you pay. Not sure how it all went to heck but after many years of loyal shopping for my dog biz, I am done purchasing from them."

"This company was good but I don't know any more. I have had horrible customer service for the last 3 months. I had returned a product to them back in June (it took them 2 months just to get a call tag from them as original order was end of March) and its August now and after contacting them and being on hold for greater than 10 min multiple times to get my money back all I get are excuses and no follow ups or follow through with anything in that regard. "

"We love PetEdge! We foster dogs and frequently need a wide variety of items. Pet Edge usually has just what we are looking for in the form of beds, gates, leashes, collars, vitamins, treats, toys, etc... One of the staples in our house are pig ears and Pet Edge has the best deal we have found for a 100 ear box. Our last order was place on a Friday and arrived on Monday. Three days for shipping is supper!

Our only complaint is that we can't seem to get of the mailing list for catalogs. We do all our shopping on line and would prefer not to receive the hard copy.

"I started using PetEdge 10 years ago when I moved overseas and had no access to regular pet stores. Their prices are fantastic compared to regular stores, but you should mentally add 10% for shipping costs. To avoid their "small order fee" I order from them 2 or 3 times a year and stock up. They have a lousy search engine; keep your receipt for anything you want to re-order so you can find it online again later. They have discontinued a few items over the years but have had similar products for most of them. I have never had a problem with product quality."

"I will never order anything from this comany again!It pays to read reviews on companies before purchasing from them. If I had read all pet edge reviews I would of purchased anything from them. I orderd some red and pink doggy hair dye from them and instead of sending any red they sent both pink. These were only 10.99 each but the shipping was almost 20 bucks.The red was for christmas pictures. I called them right after I got my order and told them. They told me send it back for an exchange. I paid to ship it back, which by the way was much cheaper then what they charge to ship. A few weeks go by and hear nothing from them so I call them and they say they havent recieved it back yet.I get online and track it and yeah they got it back a week ago, so I call them back and say I tracked the order and you did it get it back. They say oh it can take up to a week for us to process it as being returned and we don't have u down as an exchange just a refund, the best thing we can do is you reorder it again. I said and pay shipping again? They said yes but we will give u 20% off your shipping today. I said NO Thankyou I won't be doing business with this company anymore! I still haven't getten my refund/exchange and am going to contact my credit card company. If your smart don't order from them because if they make a mistake they will not make it right. "
