"I placed an order for Advantage flea control products for a little over $50.00 on the 3rd of March 2005. Two days later the order had not yet moved into a status that would indicate it was going to ship so I cancelled it. I received an e-mail from their customer service people that said they were unable to refund my credit card but could do a refund via PayPal. That was on the 6th. I said OK. Since then...I have sent 5 e-mails looking for a refund status. All have been ignored. It appears I'm out $50.00. Do not do business with these folks!"
"PetShed was the most horrible experience I've ever had with an online shopping vendor. I ordered near $90 dollars of heartworm pills for my dogs. They took my money, then cancelled the order. I opened 2 tickets with their technical support and even faxed a copy of the records from my bank proving they took my money. They kept the money and never sent my order. "I order my dog and cats Advantage flea drops from them. Best prices I could find online. Being an Australian based company, I was hesitant at first. But they soothed my worries with same day shipping, and having my package arrived within 5 business days via air mail. The shipping was not expensive either, on par with domestic based on-line companies. I don't foresee me ordering from anywhere else as long as their prices and service stay the same."
