"I am reluctant to write this review, as I am for the most part a pretty laid back person. However, my dealings with Perfumeshop.com has left me irritated, without the product I ordered, and now in a dispute to get a refund. I ordered my perfume, Stiletto Musk by Sula. It looks like it has maybe been discontinued, although as of today it is still listed on Perfumeshop`s website. At any rate, they were out of stock and unable to fill the order. Fair enough, except that I wasn`t told until I emailed on February 18th to enquire why my order was taking so long to arrive. Which was almost a month after ordering the product.I was just so, so, so excited to get my perfume. I digress. I did receive a response, saying that they had emailed me a cancellation of the order, as they were out of stock. I received no such email, and I checked my spam folder, everything, which isn`t really relevant except that there was clearly never a cancellation email sent to me. When I ordered the product, I used my Visa Debit card(which I have used to purchase online and never had issues), and the money came out of my account immediately. So I have been trying to get a refund or confirmation that a refund is on the way, and Perfumeshop is denying that any payment was processed. I have sent them many emails, two of which I have provided picture proof that the amount was actually taken out of my bank account, and the debit can be physically seen to anybody looking at the photo of my debit and credit balances. So, I have been forced to have my bank contact the company so I can get my refund. This is the first time I have written a review, good or bad. I felt compelled to write this as there seems to be no interest on their part to help me resolve this, ie, get my money back. They just keep insisting that the payment authorization was cancelled when my order was cancelled, and even after several emails and photos proving that the money came out, that I am forced to involve my bank to get my refund. I do shop online from time to time, and have never had any issues. I also have a love of cosmetics, perfumes, anything beauty related. So it saddens me that I will no longer be doing business with this company as I do love their line up of products. "
