"A friend suggested this company, so I approached with an open mind. I received order confirmation the day I ordered that indicated I would receive either tracking info, or an order update within 24 hours. They charged my card two days later, Oct. 15. As of Oct. 21, I had received no further communication, and no shipment. Naturally, I sent them email to the any and all email addreses I found on their site. After no response from the company, I called their phone numbers (tollfree and direct), but received a recording (this during normal business hours). On the off chance that I spoke with someone, I was told they were going through IT changes; they took my name and number and ASSURED me someone would call back -- noone ever called back.
Another week later, I still heard nothing from the company, no email, no phonecalls (remember the assurances of a callback?)... I somehow managed to reach somebody via phone and was told they were running a rescue hotline for boaters lost in the Gulf of Mexico -- I refused to hangup and insisted that I talk with someone who could help me, immediately, to no avail. Then, Nanette picked up the line and admitted she didn't give a damn about my order, etc etc.
VERY unpleasant to deal with; VERY difficult to reach. Maybe my experience was a fluke, but I will avoid this vendor at all costs."
