Awful Customer Service

First, they only have a 14-day return policy. That alone should tell you to steer clear from purchasing big ticket items with this company if they can not guarantee a better return policy than that. My fault for ever buying from them in the first place.

Second, I purchased this gift well in advance before a special occasion (like most people would). By the time the gift was delivered, the 14 days had past. Nothing was wrong with the product but our parents preferred a different color and style. My Mother called Perfect Picture Lighting to ask to do an exchange and they told her no. She even offered to pay to ship it back to them and would pay the difference. The gentleman hung up on her!

Third, after Mom called crying to tell me what happened, I was furious. I called and spoke with Perfect Picture Lighting directly and the gentleman hung the phone up on me too!

All we wanted to do was make an exchange, not a return. How in the world can you have a 14 day policy if someone was purchasing this item in advance as a gift?! My sisters and I spent over $430 dollars on this product!!

We will never make another purchase again from this company. We choose to take our business to those who do the right thing and put their customers first. This company had a chance to do the right thing and they chose to keep our money instead of exchanging our product.
