ONE IS TO A WEIGHT LIFTING EQUIPMENT COMPANY - WHO JUST HAPPENS TO HAVE THE SAME ADDRESS AND PHONE # - THE OTHER IS DISCONNECTED - AND THE OTHER NUMBER BELONGING TO THE OWNER - CHAD THOMSEN - IS ALWAYS BUSY. NOT SURPRISING. ALSO, BEWARE OF ORI TZVIELLI. HE'S SUPPOSEDLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT FOR THE COMPANY. WHAT HE REALLY DOES IS GO TO ALL THE REVIEW SITES AND ENTER HIGH SCORES TO TRY TO MAKE THE COMPANY LOOK TRUSTWORTHY AND LEGITIMATE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PARASITES. "Placed an order and paid by credit card but didn't receive anything nor heard from them. Got in touch with the customer service and they told me the glasses weren't available anymore, that was the last thing i heard. Did not get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM PERFECTGLASSES USA!"

"Placed an order on September 3rd. When I had not heard anything by September 9th, I emailed to get a status of my order. No reply until September 12th and I was then told that what I had purchased was actually sold out and they had thought they contacted me but used an incorrect email address. "

"I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from Perfect Glasses USA. Once I ordered them I never received any more email confirmations. Three weeks later I left a phone message and an email. Neither were answered. I resorted to a chat session (the chat feature is severely lacking). Through this chat I was able to ascertain that they no longer carried the sunglasses. No one had notified me. In the meantime I received my Visa bill and had been billed for the glasses. I am now waiting for the company to return the $100 to my Visa card. I would never do business with this company again. From beginning to end they were unresponsive to three separate contacts yet they were able to charge my Visa card for a product I never received."
