"Arrived BROKEN NO LABELS OR INSTRUCTIONS.
I emailed PENNZONI, THEY determined what piece was broken from my photos. Then sent WRONG REPLACEMENT side. AFTER I called ETSY, Pennzoni called me, that was an ARGUMENT & a LECTURE that I should not be upset & I SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THEY CARE! ONLY after I contacted ETSY they CARED!
Apparently THE FACT that I got a BROKEN ITEM, they replaced ONLY the BROKEN PIECE... WITH THE WRONG ONE, & I had to argue to get WHAT I PAID FOR is STANDARD @ PENNZONI to tell me I should be GRATEFUL.
I AM VERY DISSATISFIED with the carrier & with the service I received from PENNZONI. THIN SIDES,& VERY FLIMSY LATCH. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $199.00
After getting the DEFECTIVE carrier, not receiving a FULL REPLACEMENT, followed with calling etsy for help & being LECTURED... I REGRET THIS PURCHASE 200%.

"I found an ad for a drum shield on Facebook Marketplace. The description shows the panels are 6' tall and the screen print of ads appears 6' tall. But, the pictures a "real" version that followed looked to be about 4' tall. I sent a message, just asking how tall they really are and just mentioned the picture discrepancy. At first, all they did was cut/paste the description again. So, I said I saw the description, but was just wondering the actual size because of the "real" pictures that were obviously not 6' tall. This was the rude reply I received, as though I'm an idiot and can't tell an approximate height by looking at a picture. I have money to spend. Won't ever be spending it with Pennzoni Display. Good job, especially on capitalization and punctuation. Real professional.

"I made the mistake of ordering a custom case for a model boat from these people. I made a few phone calls before ordering to get various info. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to fabricate then it would be shipped. The order was placed Nov 1st, my card was immediately charged The only info I got about my order was from FEDex who emailed me that a label was created. I called during the Christmas holiday to ask about the order and was told that it was complete but they were waiting until the holiday rush was over as they were concerned that it may get damaged. Again no further info. I called back 2 weeks later and inquired about the order again. This time I was told that they were crating it up and it would ship in a day or so. On January 18th I was about to call again when I got an email, again from FEDex stating the package had been shipped. So so far I have waited 78 days or a bit over 11 weeks. The order arrived on Jan 23rd, I open the box and notice a corner is broken on the case. I took it all the way out of the box and examined the case before contacting the customer service dept at Penzzoni. The young lady who answered told me to take pictures of damage and email it in. I did as instructed. When I notated the damage in the email I also let them know of a distortion in the front facing side. (more about this tidbit later)
In the email I asked simply to contact me back to go over options because I still am in need of a case for the model. The rude reply I got back was "Cole
Sorry we will have to file a claim with fedex and have them pick this up for inspection and we will then give you a refund, we are not interested in doing this again this is why we do not do custom cases, they get broke easily and the buyer always thinks it is not good enough, if this was supposed to be museum quality it would have cost $1500.00 +
So in 4- 10 days fedex will stop to pick this up and we can give you a refund
I received this gem of an email as I was getting into work. I emailed them back that evening and asked them to reconsider citing a few issues that I had
First, I was never told that they did not do custom cases in any of my calls previous to ordering. and even pointed out the fact the custom cases tab is still active on their website. I did receive a reply that said it was a "typo" and that they were just uneducated Good ol boys.
Secondly, I had already paid in good faith of receiving said goods. While I did not expect "Museum Quality" I did expect it to be undamaged.
And lastly, I do not believe that had I not kept calling them about my case they would have simply written me off and kept my money. The case in parts looks as if it was thrown together after my last call when they figured out I wasnt going away.
Now today on Jan 25th I have a tag on my door from FEDex stating the package was not left on the porch for them to pickup. This only 1 day after getting an email which stated 4-10 days (again no communication) Other than rude emails.
After contacting FEDex I was able to get an actual date on when they would be back to pick up the package. So now I will have to wait and pray that the other reviews on them not refunding payments will not be the case this time. Or they will be people of their word and make this right as I asked them to in the first place.
As of Today Jan 28th I have an update on the story. Joe at Pennzoni has threatened to sue me for slander for my review.
