"I have ordered about 5K worth of merchandise from these people and I have been very pleased with their customer service. On a couple of occasions part of a large order was missing a piece or two. I emailed their contact person and got my missing pieces shipped to my by express mail. I have yet to have anything I have re-sold come back as defective. I continue to do business and highly reccommend. To be honest they have not always shipped everything I ordered but they always make it good."

"They sell a lot of products on ebay. They sold me a unit, which I payed for on the day the auction closed out. I never received the product, and still waiting for a refund. Based on this experience and the follow-up on the transaction, I would think twice before I ever did business with them again."

"Much like the other review. I ordered and paid for a Toshiba CD burner through ebay. recieved a email saying it was shipped the next day. after a week I called them and was told that it was shipped the day before. Through checking UPS tracking I found that this was a lie and the item wasn't shipped until 3 days after that. What I finaly recieved was a Hitachi CD burner that didn't work and didn't include the cable they promised. I filed a claim with Paypal the same day and called them the next. After being put on hold for several minutes ( probably checking my complaint with paypal) they said they were "out of stock on this item" and would give me a refund. I have not left feedback with ebay yet. When I do it won't be positive or with withdrawn. I'll let you know about the refund. "

"This company has terrible customer service. You can read their negative feedback record on eBay under the username pmarkham1, under which you will find 620 negative feedbacks as of this writing. In addition to this, they have many mutual feedback withdrawals. If you investigate these feedback withdrawals you will find this or a similar message left for anyone who dares to leave them negative feedback for any reason: FULL REFUND ISSUED**UNREASONABLE BUYER**SELLER BEWARE, AVOID & BLOCK FROM SALES! After these negative feedbacks are left, Pemco immediately requests a mutual withdrawal from eBay, which many people agree to in order to avoid having the negative mark on their feedback record. Also, Pemco Group has been an eBay member for more than one year, and eBay automatically removes negative feedbacks from the count after 1 year.

Here's my case: I paid for two LCD monitors two days after their auctions ended. In the interim I e-mailed them *twice* to ask if I could purchase a 3rd monitor for the same price -- a question to which I never received an answer. One of the monitors was plugged in and began emitting smoke, so it was RMAed. Three months of attempted communication failed to yield a replacement or refund until finally I filed a SquareTrade complaint and left negative feedback. Within a few hours a refund was issued and negative feedback was left for me along with a request to withdraw my feedback. After I refused, they filed a SquareTrade complaint against me, again requesting the withdrawal of feedback, but with no other information given. (If you are a paying customer of SquareTrade, they may automatically withdraw negative feedback for you if the respondent fails to reply.)

Scanning the negative feedback on eBay shows this is their M.O. Many people have complained that the did not receive refunds or replacements for their goods ever, or only received them after lodging official complaints with PayPal, eBay, or SquareTrade.

Pemco purchases used equipment by the truckload, and then sells it on eBay lock stock and barrel, presumably without testing, to the highest bidder. If an item fails to perform as expected, they either refuse to replace/refund or only do so when the threat of being removed from the eBay system by having unresolved complaints lodged against them forces them to do so.

If you have a pending RMA with Pemco, I urge you to file a complaint with eBay IMMEDIATELY, before the end of the 30 day limit period is up. This is the ONLY way these people can be removed from the eBay community. Leave negative feedback if it is warranted, and do NOT bow to their pressure to have it mutually withdrawn when they leave you negative feedback.
