"I will NEVER buy from this company again. I placed an order on 6/24 and did not receive the item until 7/25 A MONTH LATER! This was a stock, commonplace item not a special order.

When I called customer service to ask where it was I was told "somewhere"

The purchase of this item was very important to travel plans I had made and by some chance of fate actually did receive it the morning I got on a plane to leave the continent!

I barely got a 'we're sorry, but can't help you' out if them.

"Worst experience with an online company.

The webpage has many mistakes with the pricing--laser engraving was $39 on their page, but the options page will charge you $69.

I tried the Price Match option on their page--their prices were $35 more than other online stores, and I received a short "Unfortunately I was unable to get a price match on that from the ops manager."

I called multiple times, and heard the repetitive "Your call is important to use. You are now first in line." Problem was, I heard this over and over for 20 minutes--in 3 phone calls. This was to place an order; I would be very exasperated if I had a problem with my order.

I called Pelican, and Anthony confirmed that this store is an official dealer, but if people had issues, to take it up with PelicanCases.com.

I would stay away from this company.

"The ice chest finally came and was perfect but trying to get it was terrible. I was told 3 to 4 weeks and it took 8 weeks. I was never contacted or emailed to be told there was a problem with the order, I am a pretty understanding person if I am kept in the loop. I called at 4 weeks and was told they were unsure if it went out on that days orders or will be in next week, a few weeks later was looking for tracking information but couldn't find cause the shipping department had something going on and once they knew would email me, and I was never emailed or called. I was just about to give up ever getting this from you and order from somewhere else cause I got it for my dad for Father's Day (I am sure he probably begin to question wether I really ordered him anything) he is leaving on a fishing trip next week and I was going to make sure he had this ice chest for wether from you or somewhere else and it finally showed. I will probably never order from your company again the frustration is to much for me but thank you for finally sending it."

"I will start by saying I love Pelican cases and will continue buying them, because they are fantastic. That being said, I doubt I would ever by another Pelican Case from Pelicancases.com.

When I made the order online originally it said it would ship in 3-5 days. On 6/5/14 I had heard nothing and not received my case so I sent an E-mail inquiring about it. I was told that it would be sent out late the following week. After several E-mails and phone calls (always generated by me) my case showed up over a month after it was ordered.

I understand that things happen and sometimes you can not get something out, when you originally thought you could, but to not notify the customer of delays or lying to customers about how long a delay may be or not responding to customers - in my book is unforgivable. Not once did I hear a "sorry about the inconvenience" or "sorry I lied to you" or any kind of apologies, it was like I was just a pain in their ass that had to be dealt with in the most dismissive way possible.

Pelican Cases are great, Pelicancases.com customer service sucks.

"The order for two Pelican coolers, 65 qt. was made 4/29/2014 and we were told that we should receive the coolers in 2 to 4 weeks. Since then, we have called several times to check on the status of this order and were told we should receive them soon. It has now been two months and we have not received the coolers. We are not happy with the service regarding this order. "

"the product is 2nd to none. I am very pleased with the product. However the online ordering process did not produce the product in a timely manner. It was so long that I assumed that Pelican took my money and ran. When I tried to contact you through customer service. I received word that email address was not good. Your website had my order as unchangeable for 6 weeks of the 8 weeks it took to get the product. This made it look like it was on the way. The true need for the product came and went before the case ever arrived. "

"My son is very pleased with the quality of the case we purchased for him for his birthday. However, you debited our credit card the day of our on-line purchase but it took two months before our son received delivery (and only after he called to determine the status of the purchase).

So, while the product is of superior quality, the shipping/delivery service you provide is way below an acceptable standard.

"I ordered two cases. I received the first one over a month after I ordered it. I called about my second case, after the 21st of May 2014. I was told it is back ordered. They claimed they would send me an email with the information. I NEVER received an email. I just called on 20JUN2014 to inquire about my missing case. The person this time told me it shipped on 09MAY2014, it appears UPS lost my case. The problem is I called after 21MAY2014 and was told it was back ordered. This company has NO customer service or the slightest idea about their sales. They are a joke. BUY from someone else."

"While Pelican cases are great products, this company (a reseller, using the Pelican cases name only), is not great. Mediocre would be a much better adjective. No emails, at all, informing of back oreders or shipping info, etc. While the customer service representatives are pleasant, the sugar and spice has a hard time masking the BS. A long delay for an in stock item (that wasn't) is rediculous! Save yourself a LOT of grief and buy from Amazon (you'll save some money, too!)."

"I am currently on hold, yet again, while trying to call their customer service department to find out about the status of my order. From what I've read, I'm not alone in being left in the dark about order status. I have sent numerous emails. Two of which were returned to me as undeliverable because the email address. I'm becoming very frustrated with them and their processes. I have also left messages via their "chat" service on their website. Two messages were left, no responses were ever sent. I placed this order to ship sensitive test equipment as checked baggage for an upcoming overseas trip. I ordered two and a half weeks ahead of the trip with an expected shipping date of 18 April with 5-7 business days for shipping. I was informed on the 25th of April that the case was on back order. I explained that this was too late, I was not offered expedited shipping at no cost to me. I had to ask for it.
I'm still on hold awaiting whether or not they will expedite the shipping.

They just informed me that the item I ordered would ship in 4-7 days, but not 4-7 days from when I ordered it. In 4-7 days once they receive it. Which is 4/29. My trip is on 5/2. They also told me they would "see what they could do" in regards to expedited shipping. I was asked if I would like to cancel, but it's too late for that now.

"I was disappointed with both my shopping experience and customer service experience. I purchased a product that I believed from the website to be a stock item - a case with carbon fiber look lid. Once I received the case, which took some time, I found that while I loved it, that I actually needed a larger case to fit my application. I called into customer service and was promised a refund and everything should be e-mailed to me shortly. After waiting I called back into customer service to then be told that they were confused and my item was in fact custom an non-returnable.. even if I was going to exchange for a larger, more expensive case.

I was more upset that I was promised an exchange and then to have it revoked without my knowledge than anything. I can understand that while they positioned my product as a stock item and that it was a custom item.

Be sure that before you buy that you understand this is not the Pelican company, but a re-seller.

"Warning Pelicancase.com will charge for shipping 3x the amount that it would cost for normal shipping charge, on the web site it says free shipping on top of that, so anyway i was going to buy a Pelican cooler for 250.00, they send me an e-mail saying shipping will be 200.05 because i Have a military Address and free shipping is only for CONUS, i explained to them that FPO address's are CONUS (continental united states.
